2. 确认订单后，请买家在两天内汇款，若逾期，订单将自动被取消。

3. 汇款后，请通知本店你的汇款单号／姓名／汇款总数及汇款日期，方便店家处理，谢谢！

4. 必须注意的是，店家照片所显示的产品颜色，可能会与实物颜色略有差异。La Petite vie Zakka Store 将尽可能明确描述。请买家审慎考虑作出预定，谢谢！


5. 若买家收到的商品有损坏，如有损外观或影响使用的破损，也或者大片难以清洗的污迹，可以退换或退款。退货或換货的运输费将由买家负责。其他如少许线头／很小的污迹／太厚／太薄／色差／跟想象中的不一样／小小的脱线／做工不精致等。皆无法退货，特此说明，望接纳，谢谢。

1 : Pick your product and inbox us to place an order IMPORTANT NOTES : Please write down your Name／Shipping Address／Contact／ Product Name／Product Color & Quantity of Order )

2 : You will receive a confirmation reply from us within 24hours to confirm your order and attach our Bank Account Number.

3 : After confirmation , please bank in the full payment to us before batch closing date.

4: All shipping times are estimates given by the postal service. . please wait patiently for your products.

5. La Petite vie Zakka Store will not be liable for missing packages due to faults in the postal system. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

6. Combine shipment are not allowed once order is being processed.

7.Colors may vary across screens, and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both. We reserve the right to refuse orders, and to make amendments to product information and prices without prior notice.

8.Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt. Return item must reached us within 3 working days upon confirmation with us. We reserve the rights for not accepting any return request / returned item reached after the said period.
